Delivery is free for orders over €35 within mainland France.

Delivery charges (Metropolitan France, <€35)

  • 📍 €4.40 at a collection point (Mondial Relay)
  • 🏠 €6.90 home delivery (Colissimo)
  • 🚀 Express delivery (Chronopost) from €27.90 – 2 business days after ordering

International delivery

  • 🇪🇺 Belgium & Luxembourg: €8.90 (Mondial Relay / home delivery)
  • 🌍 Europe: from €14.90 (Colissimo or Mondial Relay depending on weight)
  • 🇫🇷 French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM): from €21.90 (Colissimo – customs fees to be paid by the customer)

  • 📮 Standard delivery (France): 3 to 4 business days
  • 📮 International delivery: 4 to 7 business days
  • 🛠️ Custom or bulk orders: 2 to 3 weeks depending on availability

An order may be shipped in several packages depending on the volume or stock of the items.

📦 Item availability

All products shown are assumed to be in stock. If an item is unavailable after order confirmation, you will be notified by email and the item will be automatically refunded.

Shipments outside mainland France may be subject to customs formalities and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

🚚 Carriers

We use different carriers adapted to your country of delivery: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost or local postal services depending on the option chosen.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, volume, and destination.
  • In the event of non-delivery within the time frame, a claim will be opened with the carrier.
  • If the package is declared lost after 30 days, a refund will be issued.
