How are my payments secured on Alpha Nomade?

You can pay in two ways:

  • PayPal , guaranteeing the security of your transactions.
  • Chorus Pro , enabling payment by administrative mandate

Your bank details are never shared with Alpha Nomade. Payment is processed directly by Stripe or PayPal, which apply the most advanced security standards.

Promotional codes

How do I use a promo code on my purchase?

  1. Add your items to the cart.
  2. Enter your promotional code at the corresponding step.
  3. Your discount will be applied automatically.
  4. Complete the payment to confirm your order.

Order tracking and modification

How can I know if my order has been received?

After your payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Please keep it as proof of payment.

How do I modify my order after it has been validated?

Contact us quickly via our Contact page .

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel or modify your order (delay: 24 to 48 hours).
  • If the shipment has already been sent, you will have to wait for receipt to make a return within 14 days .

Warranty and returns

How to take advantage of the “Satisfied or refunded” guarantee?

You have 14 days to return an unused product. To receive your refund:

  1. Contact our customer service department via the contact form.
  2. Return the product in its packaging, along with the tracking code, to the following address:

Important :

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • You must provide proof of sending in case of non-receipt.
  • After verification, the refund will be issued.

Delivery and shipping

What are the delivery times?

For purchases on the online store :

  • Shipping: 24 hours for online purchases
  • Delivery: approximately 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

For orders based on a quote:

  • Delivery: 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of payment or signature of the quote.

If your order is delayed by more than 30 days, we will refund your item, even if you receive it later.

How can I track my order?

  1. Have the tracking number you received by email ready.
  2. Go to our “Track my order” page.
  3. Check the status of your delivery.

Please note: Tracking is only available after customs processing and orders may arrive in multiple packages.

What if I am not present for the delivery?

  • Parcels can be left in your mailbox .
  • If you are absent, instructions or a collection point will be indicated.
  • You can give power of attorney to a relative with an identity card.
